Our Team

TIM PAULEY

Tim grew up in Harlan, IA and graduated from Westmar College in Le Mars, IA. He has been in the trucking and transportation industry for 30 years. Before joining us at K & J Logistics, Tim worked for Direct Transit in North Sioux City, SD, and for Wells Blue Bunny in Le Mars, IA for 25 years.

In his free time, Tim loves fishing and boating, and he and his wife, Sandy, have a lake home where they love to spend time on the water. He also loves college football and enjoys spending time with his 3 kids and 3 grandkids.

Adam Smith

Adam was born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD and attended the University of South Dakota. Shortly after graduation, Adam found he loved logistics and has worked in this field for the last 7 years.

In his spare time, Adam loves music and enjoys attending concerts and playing the guitar and drums… poorly. He enjoys the lake and spends most of his weekends in the summer out on the water with friends.
